When interpreting the results, the researchers noted that the metabolism is active after breakfast compared to dinner, and the rate of hunger and cravings decreased during the day. 

The researchers added that eating a low-calorie breakfast increases the intake of the nectar during the day, as well as the amount of dinner consumed later. 

The researchers also confirmed that blood sugar and glucose are low after breakfast compared to dinner.
